Software Support Engineer
What's you job?
As a support engineer you professionally speak to the customer and know how to get to the rout cause of the issue quickly by asking the right questions. Whether it concerns user questions or installing and configuring MXSuite and other required software, you do everything to ensure that the customer is adequately helped and can continue quickly. You accurately register the questions and the handling of the support call in the support system and implement user questions in the manual.
What do you recognize yourself in?
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (speaking and writing) in the English language
- Structured way of working
- Customer- and service-oriented mentality
- College working and thinking level
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience in an IT related customer support function is an advantage
- Knowledge of shipping is an advantage
