The statement that you can work more efficiently because you do less communication seems almost impossible. Nevertheless, we at Mastex want to commit ourselves to this. Good communication starts with only communicating what is relevant to the recipient. But good communication also starts with making relevant information available. Twice I use the word relevant here, which means: what is linked to this person. A lot of information may not be a secret, but it adds nothing at all. That is why it is important that everyone knows he sees, should also use it. And vice versa, if someone doesn’t have to use it, they don’t have to see it. Finally, there remains a simple question: Who is responsible for the content?

One of the finest gems in MXSuite is the use of templates and forms. Both have the power to standardize information, make it transparent and use the data stored in MXSuite. Paper administration is really a thing of the past, because you can create an item and simply find out all the details you want. Instead of typing, printing, drawing, scanning and emailing a Non Conformity Report (NCR); you can do everything at once within MXSuite and ensure that the interested party is automatically informed. That is efficiency!
