Document management is a complex task made even more complex by the fact that all documents must be updated and made available at various locations. The Documents module ensures that all documents created at the office can be accessed on board by authorized crew members.

The MXSuite Documents module allows you to enter forms and generate documents and checklists based on a template. This is ideal for QHSE reports, for example.
You can add a task, authorize per (sub)category and set an access control. A log is kept for each document to make it easy to see who created, edited, and read the document.
Other options include saving a digital copy to your SMS, creating non-conformity reports and Noon reports, and a central archive for manuals, instructions, permits, drawings, and plans all in one place.
