Within MXSuite’s Documents module it is possible to create forms and templates. You can determine who is able to create them and where you would like to save these documents. The Documents module ensures that all documents created at the office can be accessed onboard by authorized crew members.

The MXSuite Documents module allows you to enter forms and generate documents and checklists based on a template. This is ideal for QHSE reports, for example.
You can add a task, authorize per (sub)category and set an access control. A log is kept for each document to make it easy to see who created, edited, and read the document.
Other options include saving a digital copy to your SMS, creating NCR and Noon reports, and a central archive for manuals, instructions, permits, drawings and plans all in one place.
