The service contract is included in the yearly MXSuite fee so you can always ask for support and use the latest MXSuite release containing latest functionality.
The MXSuite subscription shall entitle the Customer to the following :
- Telephone and/or written (e-mail) support with the use of MXSuite during office hours in Alblasserdam (NL) (Monday to Friday, 08h30 until 17h00, CET).
- MXSuite user questions
- MXSuite gives an unexpected response
- MXSuite shows an error report
- Release of license code
- Bug solving
- Change in licensing information
- If additional support is needed and such is invoiced by Mastex, you will receive a discount on the hourly rate.
- Free downloads of all updates and upgrades of MXSuite. You will receive all new and improved functionalities in a new software version for the MXSuite modules that are included in your licence at no additional charge.
- Access to the SelfServiceDesk (https://success.mastexsoftware.com) where you can find documentation and follow the status of your support messages.
